Sherrytop
Gonzalez Byass have been making sherry in Andalucia for 170 years. Using the solera system, a dynamic ageing process, some of the sherry you drink in the bottles below probably dates back to before most of us were born. Sherry is the traditional accompaniment to food in Spain, especially tapas. So much so that Ferran Adriá in his world renowned El Bulli restaurant matches at least half of his dishes in the taster menu, to sherry. Its not just for the grannies!
